Company History:
Founded in 1990 by Ken Cunningham, with $20.00 in business cards and a vacuum, Executive Property Services Inc. is a family owned commercial and residential cleaning company.
After relocating to Nashville from the University of Mississippi in 1986 to attend Belmont University, Ken worked in retail and as a buyer for a men’s clothing store for a few years. Always wanting to own his own business, while still pursuing music part-time, he founded Executive Property Services.
Starting out on Music Row with a few small offices EPS Inc. has grown into a large full service cleaning operation specializing in daily cleaning services for offices, medical, churches, schools, manufacturing, as well as window cleaning and large construction cleaning projects. The largest to date is a 420 unit high rise in downtown Nashville of one million square feet.
We are not a franchise, we are family owned and operated since the beginning. We pride ourselves on having one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the industry, which tells you about the high value we place on our associates. Some have been with us for over 16 years. After expanding to the Knoxville area in 2008 Executive Property Services continues to prosper as we celebrate more than 25 years of business.
